Fire & Ice

Fire & Ice Creative is a multi-disciplinary practice that combines aspects of art and design to create unique solutions for the visual environment. Established in 2003 by artist Simon Lee Dicker and graphic designer Chantelle Henocq, Fire & Ice is engaged with all aspects of visual communication from corporate identity to contemporary art.

Their multi-disciplinary approach encourages projects that blur the boundaries between creative disciplines with a focus on art for public spaces, graphic design for print and web and art and design educational workshops.

Based on designs by Fire & Ice, I built their Flash web site. The site content is stored as XML files which allows the client to make minor amends to the site without any knowledge of Flash.

BT Ringtones - Valentines Game

Sunday, 1st February 2004

I produced a re-skinned version of the BT Ringtones Flash game that I built with a Valentines feel.

The re-styled game was launched in the lead-up to Valentines day and remained for a couple of months before we reverted it to the original design.

You can play the original version of the game here:

Please note: although the game is still playable, it no longer functions correctly as the XML feed which drives the ringtones has been discontinued.
