Drama and Role-play by Nichola Rees

Nicola Rees of NRYA has written a book about drama and role-play.

Drama and role play provides a collection of fun packed activities that need little or no preparation. The ideas show how drama and role-play can be used across the curriculum, from producing a news report from the Great Fire of London to creating a piece of live art.

  • Ideal for busy teachers.
  • Very simple to use; slot into your existing teaching.
  • QCA and Curriculum Linked.
  • Differentiated activities.
  • Photocopiable.

NRYA

The Nichola Rees Youth Academy (NRYA) gives confidence and inspires young lives in a positive way, providing excellent theatre and giving her pupils opportunities. The abiding vision is of a young ensemble of children, crossing all backgrounds, working together creatively and in the process learning many lessons about social responsibility.

I build a small web site for NRYA, working with Helen Stergios who designed the identity and other collateral. The site is HTML and features random quotes and images on the home page.
