			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since last Friday (25th January 2008), we have been experiencing problems with some third-party shopping carts integrated with PayPal, in particular osCommerce and WordPress E-Commerce. The error message that occurs is:</p>
<p>&#8220;Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.&#8221;</p>
<p>PayPal&#8217;s technical team are working to resolve the issue&#8230;</p>
